- The first step is to open an image within Photoshop. You must now resize the image. For resizing images, click crop tools on the menu at the top. There you will find W x H Reso three boxes. Write W 3000px, H 2000px, Resolution 72. Extend the area around your image for maximum results. Choose your background image, use the cropping tool on the toolbar, and then expand it to the entire sides—press enter.
- Open your image and create a layer and change the name to "paint" (in lowercase). Select a brush, and paint your photo. Then, close the "paint" layer eye, maintain the selection "paint" layer, and click the play button.
