Adobe After Effects is optional if Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2021 and higher are installed
Adobe After Effects will be required if Adobe Premiere CC 2019 has been installed. This is required to place footage onto placeholders. All other work will be handled by the Essential Graphics panel in Premiere Pro.
