Most important instruction:
(1) Open an image within Photoshop. You must now resize the image. To resize your image, select the crop tools. In to the top menu bar. You will find W x H Reso in three empty boxes. Enter W3000px. 2000px, Resolution 72. Then, expand the area around your image for maximum results. Choose your background image and then use the crop tool in the toolbar, then expand it to the entire side. After that, press Enter button.
(2) Open your image and create a layer and change the name to "paint" (in lowercase). Choose a brush to paint your photo. Make sure to close the "paint" layer eye and continue to select the "paint" layer Then click the play action button.
