The best tips: Pick your preferred freckle brush. Adjust the brush size to 4-7 pixels. Set opacity of 100, and set flow at 10-20%. You can use the tool for choosing colors to select a shade that matches the freckles of your subject as well as skin tones. Reduce the overall layer opacity at the end to get the desired effect
