Breakdowner can be described as a Blender "Onion Skinning' addon specifically designed with animators and animators in mind.
It's already difficult to draw and difficult enough, but when you have to add the mental stress of trying to recall the key poses you've created similar on a variety of different frames. This app will give you the data you need to know and let you focus on what's crucial.
Breakdowner aims to provide transparent and easy-to-understand information on key-frames you've set. It does not provide guidelines for interpolated frames the keyframes. This makes your viewport clear and free of clutter, which lets you focus on your breakdown posture.
Breakdowner adheres to the guidelines of the blender's built-in operator (Pose Breakdown) and all the way up to the C++ source, to generate breakdown guides.
If you perform an analysis, this add-on will only show the most recent and upcoming frames. This is different from the other tools for onion skinning which typically produce multiple images of your character across the timeline, as well as on interpolated frames, for instance. It can be visually chaotic and in some cases could even hinder the animator from comprehending how their animation is constructed.
Breakdowner is not attempting to substitute other onion skinning plugins however, it works alongside these add-ons. Skinning onions can be a great method of visualizing the overall motion of an animated sequence, however, as I've said before it's easy to be referred to as 'visual noise. Breakdowner is a different way of thinking about this issue by operating in a more localized approach.
