Watts Atelier – Figure Phase I: In this course, you'll be taught to break down the figure into a variety of "mannequins" and understand the canons of measurement and proportion. In addition, you will be presented with gender and sexuality and learn how to unite your figures based on the abstract representation of the figure. The terms you learn in this class will be crucial for later understanding and expressing anatomical data. Students in the Atelier typically find the fundamental stages of the course to be the most difficult. We will go over various concepts you must remember by practicing and repeating. Be aware that the lessons can be watched as often as possible. Make sure you buckle up for this part packed with fantastic knowledge!
