The Distressor plugin offers the most powerful and innovative techniques from Texturelabs to create perfect distress effects in Photoshop.
With easy installation, simply extract the .ZIP file and double-click the CCX to install via Creative Cloud. You'll find the plugin under the Plugins Panel in Photoshop. Activate using your provided license key, and once you're ready, just select a layer and hit APPLY to generate a new custom effect. The plugin uses transparency rather than light or color for distress, and you can easily refresh values on re-opened Smart Object layers.
