You can use "Unity Asset - MMP - Houses Addon" to design your project.
It features fully modular housing with both interior and exterior compatibility, 2-sided walls, low poly wall pieces, PBR textures, and easy snapping tools. Separate window panes and doors allow for open/close functionality, and transparent windows can be easily adjusted. Unlike the Modular Medieval Pack (MMP), this set has baked textures for more detailed pieces. Pre-made house modules and alternate materials for different colors are provided, with easily adjustable tones. A separate set of cartoon-style textures is also included, which can be easily applied by swapping out the existing maps in the Materials folder.
