HOW TO USE:
You must open your photoshop using your photo, then unzip the overlays file, then select the one you would like to overlay over your image.
The confetti image can be added as an additional layer over your original photo. Set the layer's blending mode to either SCREEN or LIGHTEN. The darker the image darker, the better the JPG overlay appears. It is possible to duplicate and layer multiple instances to improve the appearance more appealing.
You can play around with them, or you could mix some of them to create an edgier look.
