Cartoon – Photoshop Action By dgas99

• Only use ENGLISH language photoshop.
• Use the RGB Mode with 8 Bits color (Go to Image/Mode to check the RGB color, 8 Bits/Channel).
• Set the Opacity brush to 100%. (Select Brush Tool, move the Opacity slider to 100%).
• Make sure you set the background photo as a layer (Go to Layer/New/Background).
