- (1) Open an image within Photoshop. Then, you must resize your image. Select the crop tools in the top menu bar to resize your image. You will see W x H Reso three boxes. Write W 3000px, H 2000px, Resolution 72. The space around your image for the maximum results. Choose your background image, use the crop tool in the tools bar, and expand to all sides. Press enter.
- (2) Open your image. Make a brand new layer and change the name to "paint" (in lowercase). Choose a brush to paint your photo. Then, close the "paint" layer eye, maintain the selection "paint" layer, and click the play button.
