(1) The first step is to open an image within Photoshop. Make sure to expand the space around your image for optimal results. Choose the Background image you want to use and then use the crop tool on the toolbar, and then expand to all sides. Then you must resize the image. To change the size of your image, click the crop tools. On to the menu at the top. There you will find W x H Reso three boxes. Enter W3000px. H 2000pxand Resolution 72. After that, press Enter.
(2) Open your picture. Make a brand new layer, then change its name to "paint" (in lowercase). Select a brush, and paint your photo. Make sure to close the "paint" layer eye and continue to select the "paint" layer Then click the play button.
