Editing for the unique needs of infants and toddlers can be a challenge, though the skin of newborns can be red, they also come with yellowish-yellow shades. The skin can appear blotchy, or uneven, their small foreheads are often quite coarse and this can create a difficult editing process!

IMPORTANT: THE BEAUTIFUL NEWBORN PRESET COLLECTION IS ONLY COMPATIBLE WITH LIGHTROOM VERSIONS SEVEN AND NEWER. There is no LRTEMPLATE version of these presets since those older versions have been superseded. If you currently use the LR 6 or earlier version, you will need to update your Lightroom to be able to use these presets.
Saving your presets to Lightroom Mobile *without* a desktop computer!
1. Move the DNG files from Dropbox to your phone
Open the Dropbox folder linked above and save each of the files to your iPhone by pressing the three dots and choosing EXPORT then SAVE IMAGE.
Your DNG files are now saved to your phone. If you look for them in your photo gallery, they’ll appear as blank photos.
2. Import each preset into the Lr app
Open Lightroom and create an album called The Beautiful Newborn DNGs. Inside this album, choose ADD PHOTOS and add the DNG files from your camera roll.
3. Create and save your presets
Open each of the newly added DNG files, tap the 3 dots at the top right, and choose CREATE PRESET.
Give each preset a name (use the name of the DNG file here) and add it to a new preset group (make a group called The Beautiful Newborns to keep your presets organized).TICK the boxes for ALL the settings you’d like to save under the preset (select everything except Tools, Optics, and Geometry).
SAVE your preset. Repeat for each of the DNG files.
4. Start editing!
Choose any photograph and locate PRESETS by scrolling along the options at the bottom of the
screen. Find the preset you’d like to preview and select it.
When you’ve chosen your preset, tap the check mark at the top right, then make the necessary tweaks
