- Within a decade ago I purchased My very first electronic DSLR; a Canon T3i.

- He'd paint on his trousers. A denim shirt. He wore rings, tons of these. He also carried a leather journal.
- He desired to see my brand-new Nikon. It was a brand new camera at the moment. I handed it on.
- He rotated a Couple of wheels, Introduced his daughter, and took a couple of shots. Then showed me the pictures.
- They had been INCREDIBLE! THOSE were Portraits I wished to take. And then he did it within minutes.
- I immediately opened it. I told him I had been fighting. I didn't understand why my pictures sucked.
- He scrolled through my Pictures and nodded his head, and within minutes stated:
- "All these are documentary Pictures, not portraits. Slow down, consider makeup, and search for your light"
- My mild? ....Slow down? Composition?
- All I could think about was To write the camera configurations. I wouldn't ever change them.
- After a lengthy talk, His words started to sink and I started to comprehend.
- Almost immediately my Portraits obtained better.
- They weren't great, But WAY BETTER than where I had been.
- All from a 45-minute Conversation with a few European painter dudes.
- Turns out he was not even a Photographer, he had been a painter.
- It was RIGHT THEN I Grew up trying to"figure it out" on my own and"find out from my own mistakes."
- I Enjoy learning from my Mistakes, however, I really could learn way quicker with the support of people who"previously knew."
- If I could only watch others' work. I could only absorb all of it.
- I really don't wish to waste time. I really don't wish to invest 10,000 hours neglecting.
